I bring a unique blend of experience in consulting, coaching, and organizational development, having partnered with leaders, teams, and organizations across industries for many years. My career began in consultative high-tech solution sales, where I honed a dynamic skill set and discovered my true passion: helping people unlock their full potential, overcome obstacles, and thrive as their most authentic selves.

Along the way, I’ve seen firsthand what kinds of systems, processes, and workplace cultures foster growth—and what happens when organizations fall out of alignment with their mission, values, or people. I also know personally the toll that disconnection, misalignment, and burnout can take, and I am deeply committed to helping others avoid those same pitfalls. My work is grounded in both lived experience and scholarly expertise. I hold a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a SHRM-CP certification, which equip me to integrate research-based methods and psychological frameworks into practical, people-centered solutions.
